We check your flight status repeatedly to make sure our driver know your updated arrival information and respond accordingly. With the flight number you provide at the time of booking, we track your flight to make sure we are waiting at the right terminal at the right time for a seamless pickup.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
You may cancel up to 48 hours ahead of your scheduled pick up for a full refund. Within 48 hours you may cancel but will be charged the full amount of your ride.
